First-year math in Delaware
Globalfy Starter plus Delaware's $110 is $698. The package plus the same fee is $509, so Starter costs $189 more in year one. Remote, the plan with Form 5472, comes to $1,108 with the state fee.
That gap buys real services, chiefly the address and, on Remote, the tax filing. If you'd pay someone for those anyway, the difference narrows.

The EIN
Your SS-4 is prepared by us following the IRS procedure for applicants who lack an SSN; you sign online and it's faxed. Allow two to eight weeks; the IRS has no rush service.
When Globalfy is the better fit
Globalfy makes more sense for a single-member remote services LLC whose owner wants the 5472 handled inside a plan, for anyone who needs a scanned mailing address from day one, or if you'd rather have a provider handle Delaware's yearly renewal. It also covers Texas, which we don't.
Delaware basics for either choice
